Clerks 2

After watching this again, I liked it less. Sure, when I first watched it, it was hilarious! But after watching it again, it does have a lot of cheap shots and easy to laugh at scenes. This is mainly comparing it to it's original, 'Clerks', which is a classic of a film, and does not try, as it speaks volumes for itself.
Clerks 2 just had more shock value scenes, with the 'donkey show' being the ludicrous scene to talk about and be risqué.

I also found that Rosario Dawson's character and the character 'Dante' had no chemistry.
After the cheap showiness, when you come down to it, it was too sugar coated with tricks. The only nostalgic and heart warming part was at the end when the 2 main characters finally ended up back at the quick stop, the scene turns black and white playing that cool song, with the milk lady being at it again. Aside from that scene, this movie is great to watch for the first time, then the chinks start to show after watching it again…
